Take care of yourself, and each other | | September is always a month of transition, a time of new beginnings, a time of change. But that is true this year more than ever.
With the sad and sudden loss of Her Majesty The Queen, we're now experiencing a change in monarchy and political leadership, alongside the growing cost of living crisis and climate emergency. It’s an unsettling time in many ways, and with it comes challenges and loneliness for some.
For others, September is a month of opportunity, time to invest in yourself, learn a new skill or start something new. Tracey, our UK Head of Delivery has written a blog about this time of transition and the importance of connection to help us through.
So, if you’ve got the September feeling, be that quiet and reflective or with a sense of ‘back to school’ and starting afresh – take a look at the tips, and take care of yourself and each other as we head into the colder months.
