Packs are on their way!
Packs are on their way, we promise!
We’ve been inundated with Big Lunch and Big Jubilee Lunch pack requests this year, and we know it’s been a long wait for some of you. We’re pleased to share that packs have been flying off the rollers at our lovely printers in Plymouth and have just started hitting letterboxes. So, if you've ordered one, it's on its way!

With the stormy weather recently, sunny street parties might feel like a distant dream, but the days are getting longer and spring is just around the corner, so it’s a good moment to start planning your Big Lunch. If you haven’t already, request your free pack and why not invite a neighbour round for a cuppa and start putting plans into action?

Our free packs are full of ideas, inspiration and tips to help get your Big Lunch or Big Jubilee Lunch off the ground. They're printed using solar-generated power, vegetable-based inks and FSC sourced paper, so they're planet friendly too. We also have online versions if you prefer.

Time is ticking for road closures
Time is ticking for road closures
Big Lunches come in all shapes and sizes but if you want to close your road, you'll need to get in touch with your local council for permission. This can take up to 12 weeks, and you may need to take out insurance, so start early. (Check out our special Insurance offer here!)

We’re working with partners Playing Out, Sustrans, Street Party and Neighbourhood Watch to ask the Department of Transport to make road closures free and easier for the Jubilee year and beyond. Lots of lovely councils are already supportive, but email us if you have any problems and we’ll do whatever we can to help.
