Useful joining information

Good to know

  • Your Membership starts immediately – your email confirmation provides you with all the information you need to visit and take advantage of your Member benefits.
  • As a Member, you no longer need to pre-book timed entry to visit Eden, and are guaranteed admission before last entry. Check our opening times.
  • You'll receive your welcome pack and Membership card(s) for future visits in the post within a few weeks of joining.
  • When joining, please only provide the name and contact details of the Member/s (one for Individual, two for Joint) – this name will be printed on your Membership card.
  • Please see our Frequently Asked Questions page, which also includes our team contact details.

*Members' car parking is first-come, first-served. Please note that during peak times and the Eden Sessions, you may be directed to alternative parking. Priority booking is offered for selected events and does not provide a ticket guarantee.
