| |  | We’re delighted to announce that this year, 9.3 million people across the UK came together to celebrate community, commonality and friendship with The Big Lunch!
Since 2009 we’ve been bringing millions of people together for The Big Lunch, so we’re thrilled that in 2017 even more enjoyed connecting through community events ranging from street parties and BBQs to Iftars, picnics and bake offs!
Connected communities are central to happiness and well-being – 94% of people who take part in The Big Lunch believe it has a positive impact on their community and 88% say it makes them feel better about where they live.
That’s why we’re already looking forward to The Big Lunch 2018: our ten year anniversary. We’d love to invite you to join us – save the date, Sunday 3 June 2018!
